 Apr, 2011 Joins the Open Laboratory of ITRI.
After T-MEC joins the open laboratory, T-MEC may advance
the academic on the exchange, the technical promotion, the
material experiment and the product development, and so on.
That particularly  can pull the  technology level up and increase
